As a nurturing and experienced childcare provider with 4 decades of experience including special needs, I'm passionate about fostering children's growth and development. My journey began with fulfilling babysitting roles, which solidified my desire to positively impact young lives. I believe in creating a nurturing environment where children feel safe, respected, and encouraged to explore their creativity and curiosity. Patience, calmness, and a friendly demeanor are my guiding principles in caring for children. Open communication with parents is paramount to me. I provide regular updates about their child's day and promptly address any concerns that arise, adhering to their preferred communication method. Enforcing household rules comes naturally to me. I ensure a consistent and structured environment while maintaining a positive and respectful relationship with the children in my care. Swimming supervision and light housekeeping are additional services I'm happy to provide.
