About Michelle

I am an experienced nanny, early childhood educator, nanny house manager and newborn care specialist. For over 30 years, I have dedicated my career to working with families and children in a variety of settings. My background extends beyond working in private homes of families, and includes teaching and leadership roles in quality Early Childhood programs. My experience covers all ages from infant through school-age children. I have extensive experience and vast knowledge in the care of younger children, some include: healthy eating, positive discipline, sleep training, creating/maintaining a schedule, ages/stages of development, toilet learning, individualized lesson planning based on educational goals, play-based curriculums, developmentally appropriate activities and special needs (developmental delays, reflux, genetic disorders, food allergies, health conditions, dispensing medications, etc.). I also have extensive experience working as an administrator, leader and part of a team.
