Hi - I'm Mikayla. I'm a recent high school graduate and will be starting at UCF in the fall. As a caregiver, I'm passionate about helping foster children's growth by being a hands-on caregiver, and leading with kindness and compassion first and foremost. Through my high school's early childhood program I was able to gain 2 years of hands-on experience working with preschool-aged children, as well as my CDA and a CPR certification. In addition, I also have been able to gain hands-on experience with all age groups by working at a local daycare previously. Furthermore, I also have hands-on babysitting experience through family members.
