I've dedicated three years to this fulfilling profession and am experienced in caring for children aged 1 to 3 and 12 and up. Patient, calm, and creative, I believe in fostering a nurturing environment where children feel safe to explore their imaginations. Open communication with parents is crucial to me, so l ensure regular updates and follow their preferred communication method. My approach to household rules is guided by the parents' wishes, as I believe in respecting their parenting style. When it comes to play, I'm all about outdoor sports, physical games, board games, and puzzles. I'm also bilingual in English and Spanish, which allows me to connect with a diverse range of families.
