About Miranda

Hi there! My name is Miranda . I graduated from East Carolina University in May 2023 with a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education. After graduating, I worked as a third-grade teacher for a year, which was an incredibly fulfilling experience. I also completed internships working with fifth-grade students, which further enriched my understanding of different age groups and teaching methods. While teaching in the classroom was rewarding, I realized that I'm ready for a new challenge and a different way to connect with and support children on a more personal level. Over the past eight years, I've babysat for various families, and I've also spent three years working in a child care center, where I cared for children ranging from 5 months to 5 years old. These experiences have taught me how to manage and nurture children across different age groups, create a fun and safe environment!
