I am a full-time employee at the Ivymount School, which is a school in Rockville, MD for children with special needs. I am looking for part-time, evening work for extra income. I received a Bachelors degree from UMD and a Masters degree in Special Education from George Mason University. Although my emphasis is children with special needs, I have plenty of experience with children of all ages and all developmental levels. I have worked with Miranda for three years. She was my co-coach for cheerleading and the Hip Hop instructor for the Hip Hop Class at an elementary school. She is very professional and amazed me at how well she is with the children of all ages. The children respected her but had a blast. She always had fun games for the kids to play and that the kids were always engaged in whatever activity was going on. She is responsible and hard working. My three child love her and I always use her when I need a nanny/sitter.
