About Mizani

I've spent many years caring for my elders. When my father's mother was alive I cared for her as she fell sick with Alzheimer's. In those years I learned patience like no other. Although difficult, the random days that she would laugh and smile, and the random days she seemed to remember made it all worthwhile. My mother's mother in the past years developed diabetes, had a stroke, and lost sight in one eye. With the sudden change of circumstances it's been difficult for my grandmother to adjust to always having to be assisted. Bathing, grooming, cooking, and administering her own medication are all things that she needs to be assisted with, so every day I care for her I make an account to make her smile, and reassure her that I enjoy helping her in any way. My passion in life is to see others joyful and I work hard to make that happen for those in need.
