About Molly

Hi! My name is Molly, and I'm excited about the opportunity to provide loving and reliable childcare to my community. While I'm new to formal childcare, I bring a wealth of personal experience and a genuine passion for working with young people. In my main professional career, I'm an audio engineer. I love everything sound, music, film, and other arts-related. My previous involvement with San Francisco nonprofit Women's Audio Mission afforded me some wonderful opportunities to teach children about my craft. I love working with kids, seeing how their minds work and how they experience the world. I understand the importance of creating a safe, engaging, and supportive environment where children can thrive and feel secure. As such, I bring several essential skills for effective childcare: patience and empathy, creative problem-solving, clear and open communication, and organizational aptitude.
