About Molly

I'm an early childhood educator able to help families with occasional or regular care so that you can work, run errands, go on dates or enjoy a few evenings to yourself. I take early childhood education seriously and believe you deserve to have an expert caring for your children whether it's at home or school. Reach out! I have a Masters in Education (2017) and an international Montessori diploma (2016) . I hold two Bachelors degrees in Anthropology (2013) and Early Childhood Education (2023) in addition to a state teaching license (0-8). Between 2016 and 2024 I was a lead teacher at a Montessori school with children ages 2. 5 to 6. 5 years old. A priority for me when working with children is supporting their independence, emotional intelligence, and holding structure and firm boundaries. In my interactions with children I prioritize listening, showing respect and collaboration. I enjoy reading, dancing, singing, baking and playing games with children.
