About Molly

My name is Molly and I am a 26-year-old woman with a passion for assisting those with disabilities. I have a bachelor's and credits towards a Master's in Communication Disorders. While I have not worked in paid caregiving before, I had personal experience helping care for my grandmother with Alzheimer's while she lived with us, and have a deep understanding of those needs. I have 2 siblings and a father with Autism, so I am very comfortable with people on the spectrum. I worked with nonverbal children with communication disorders for a semester at the Callier Center. Additionally, I worked at a Disability Resource Center in college, where had experience interacting with people with multiple disabilities. I have extensive experience in art and music and would be delighted to bring that to your home as an activity, and know a lot about adaptive art. I have a lot of empathy, and hope to bring your home someone compassionate who can make your loved one feel safe and supported.
