We first hired Molly when our two boys were very young (newborn and age three). Our oldest was an extremely active boy; we hired Molly with the goal of keeping him as busy as possible. She's full of energy and creative ideas. Beyond playing outside, she came up with fun games and art projects to keep him busy and happy. Our boys are now seven and ten, and Molly still babysits for us. She's extremely kind, and as a trained educator, is very skilled at resolving conflicts between children. My kids (and all the neighbor kids) love her, and ask for her whenever we need a sitter. She still devises fun activities and games to keep everyone active and engaged. We know the kids will have a great time whenever Molly babysits!
