Monica is very warm and engaged with our baby which makes us fully trust her. She's wonderful ! She reads and plays music for our daughter and takes her to the park every day so she can get fresh air and enjoy nature. She also includes our dog, which is a wonderful surprise. This helps our dog feel included in "the pack" and has made her transition to having a sister so much easier.
