My time working with seniors is deeply meaningful to me. In 2003, I had the privilege of working with Family Residences Essential Enterprises in New York. At just 19, I was promoted to Residential Supervisor, where I oversaw a group home of seniors. This role shaped my understanding of patience, care, and leadership. I took pride in fostering healthy relationships among the seniors, their families, and the direct support staff, always focusing on ensuring the highest quality of life and safety. My skill set : Medication Administration, Food Preparation: Scheduling and Coordinating and accompanying clients to medical and personal appointments. Financial Planning and Record Keeping, Companionship: Providing emotional support and social interaction.
