I've been working with newborns and toddlers for 10 years now. Presently, I've been doing an on-call job. I'm passionate when it comes to taking care of children(babies, and toddlers) simply because I love children specially when interacting with their needs and wants. My years of experience in babysitting or taking care of children have taught me a lot of things but the # 1 is to treat them(babies and toddlers) like my own. I say this because when you babysit, you give your 100 percent service not only half of your time in your service but a full circle. When I work with people, I make sure that we are both committed to each other. I will be flexible for them and I'm hoping they do the same for me. The word "trust" has a lot of meaning to me, in my years of experience, Once you trust that person, and you are both committed, and agree on both ways then everything will follow!
