Morica was very professional and clearly more knowledgeable than your average caregiver. We hired her independent of any agency as we wanted total control. Not only was Morica responsible for care during her 8hr shift but eventually also scheduling 4 other caregivers so we had 24/7 coverage for our 98 year old Mother. She was exemplary in both her care of our Mother as well as maintaining professional communication between the other 4 caregivers.
