About Mya

I'd describe my personality as caring, empathetic and supportive I like working with kids because of their constant curiosity and imagination. I love being apart of a child's growth. Seeing a child achieve milestones is so fulfilling. I'm looking for a job with routine and reliability. I am also looking for a consistent job. I believe it's important to have a bond with the family I work with as well as an understanding of each others personalities and boundaries. I started working with kids when I was 14 years old ( freshman years of highschool) as a birthday party host and babysitter. I currently still babysit and I lead an afterschool class at a few public elementary schools. In my spare time, I like to be outside as much as possible. I enjoy going to beaches/lakes, bike rides, and picnics. I also love sightseeing in new city's and trying new restaurants.
