My family can strongly recommend Nadia, who worked as a nanny for my son for two years (ages 4 months through 2.5 years). Nadia was an essential part of our family, providing outstanding care for our child beginning when he was only four months old. She always went above and beyond her job duties to ensure that our son had the best care. In her time outside of work, she studied infant sleep and care so that she would be fully prepared to meet our son’s needs. She learned baby sign language in her time off and taught our son upwards of twenty signs before he could even speak. She also helped him to learn Spanish just as he first began to form words, which continues to be a valuable skill. Likewise, Nadia independently studied potty training and took initiative to teach him to use the potty at an extremely young age. Nadia is a fantastic cook and prepared delicious, healthy, fresh vegetarian meals for my son every day. Thanks to Nadia, he loves vegetables, and he still frequently asks us to make him “Miss Nadia eggs” (and then laments that, even following his precise instructions, we don’t make them as well as his beloved Miss Nadia does). Nadia has loved our son as if he was her own for almost his entire life, and the examples of her initiative and hard work as his caregiver are endless. We are extremely grateful for her time as our nanny, and any employer would be lucky to have her. As a general household employee, Nadia was also fantastic. She is incredibly honest, and generous. In addition to entrusting her with the care of our precious son, she also occasionally house sits when are out of town, and we trust her completely to care for our home and our pets while we are away.
