About Nancy

I believe in raising children to be all they can be knowing that bar is different for each child. I am patient, responsive and respectful of all people (especially kids). Each child is unique and so how you support each child has to be unique as well. I am mom to two amazing kids. My son is 22 & my daughter is 20. Raising children has been the biggest joy of my life. I am a retired Licensed Practical Nurse. During 8 of my 23 years I worked privately for clients - each of whom was between 10&22 years old. This allowed for so much personal interaction, not simply medical jargon. I grew to know each individual very well. I am also a high school teacher in a special needs school. I love to get my hands into things with my students and learning. I keep kids busy and wear them out; kids with too much time get into mischief I've found over my many years. I enjoy working with kids of all ages & getting to know them.
