We met Nargiz through Care.com on April 24, 2019 when she came to our home for an interview to be our babysitter. My second child was just a few weeks old and I was on maternity leave, preparing to have daycare coverage before returning to work. We had been fortunate to have mostly family watch our first child, but with more & more grandchildren, that arrangement was no longer possible. This was our first time having "non-family" watch our children on a regular basis. Like all moms, I was anxious and nervous to leave my children in the care of someone new. Would she love them, protect them and care for them? From the moment I met Nargiz, I knew she would love my children and she did. Hard work, love of family and the biggest heart. During the years she helped us, she not only grew a bond with our children, but with me. She became a pillar in our family and a true friend to me. A reliable, dedicated & loving woman.
