My approach with children and infants is based on respect , value and acknowledgment . I always do my best to meet their needs and sympathize with emotions , while at the same time maintaining clear safety boundaries . Natalia is the coolest nanny a child will ever have. She is kind, fun, respectful, and well informed in child development and new theory. Her daughter has turned into an absolute marvel, and the babies and children she has cared for absolutely love and adore her. I’ve hired Natalia to teach children Yoga on my play products and she does so with ease in Spanish and English! She’s the best!
