Natalie is fantastic. We hired her to care for our baby half day from 8 weeks to 20 weeks . We started from 3 days a week and increased to 4 days a week once we see how helpful she is to us . She likes kids in nature and has a great work ethic . I feel very comfortable and trusting when I leave the baby in her hands to take a nap or run errands for a few hours . She genuinely cares and loves our little one. Our baby feels that and he smiles every time she came in the house. She has a good routine with the baby including feeding , changing , sending him to naps , tummy time , taking him out in the sun when weather is good , and when the kid is ready she takes him out in stroller on walks in nearby park . She’s very patient and pays great attention to everything about the baby while he grows such as his reaction to things, milestones , diaper rash treatment . She also helps with wash bottle and stacking up diapers. She gives me good advices on baby clothes and everything baby related out of her experiences , yet respect my decision and preferences. If hiring a full time nanny is in my budget I would definitely keep her for full time for years but as I’m going back to work , I have to send him to a family care. However we will for sure keep asking her back to help time to time as we find our new routine with my full time at work . She’s awesome . I strongly recommend her .
