I have 2 years of experience. When I first graduated high school I started immediately working at a nursing home. I knew God was calling me into this line of work after summers of taking care of my grandparents. I took some cna classes at the nursing home as well as gained so much life experience. After I got done with my cna classes I started in home health care where I would stay at a clients house 24 hours 5 days a week! I would help with self care, pet care, cooking , cleaning , yard work , therapy , and a bunch of fun activities for the patient. I have a heart for this line of work and I want to do it until I can't no more.

Although my father who has dementia is difficult and not super friendly (which Natalie knew upon hire) we had several issues with Natalie. She complained a lot and needs to work on time management. The big one was she lied about another care giver who has been with us for over a year. She's very young and has a lot to learn.
