About Natalie

I'd describe my personality as friendly, outgoing, curious, and confident! I like working with kids because their perspective of the world is so unique. I'm looking for a job that provides a safe atmosphere and new challenges for each day. I started working with early on, babysitting and nannying for my neighborhood. I then worked at multiple childcare centers, with ACAC and YMCA. Most recently I worked as a counselor at a sleep away summer camp! In my spare time, I like to read, craft, and play with my dog! One thing you should know about me is that I will always provide patience, grace, and understanding for your child. I am here to provide a caring and safe environment. My skills include teaching, creative crafts, and active play! With my background in art, I love trying out new activities and mediums with kids! I am skilled at helping children with homework and teaching. I excel in de-escalation and helping a child express themselves when they are stressed or overwhelmed.
