I heard this girl I was just a little hesitant, but thought she would work out good the first week. She took off a whole day and she was late coming in a second day and left early on another day. The second week she called off another day and was over half an hour late on another day because she decided to go to baby shower, I need somebody very responsible that's gonna show up on time and work the full shift so I would be hesitant hiring her
