My love for children has grown tremendously. I enjoy working with kids because I love how energetic, joyful, curious and fun they are to be around. Knowing that I'm able to create bonds with different children and their unique personalities makes me happy. I also like seeing them learn and grow. I started working with kids in the year of 2022 through 2023. My first job was at a daycare center as a teacher's aide with 3-4 yr olds. I assisted with diaper changing, setting up activities, engaging during playtime and getting them ready for lunch/snack and nap. I then worked at an after school program where I supervised up to 20 kids ages 4-11 with the help of coworkers. My duties were to pick up kids from local schools, help with homework when needed, teach mini science projects assigned by director and participate in outdoor activities. My childcare skills include: patience, active listening, communication and empathy. Personality traits: friendly, caring, helpful and respectful.

Nealasia is loving and caring with our children. She has been reliable and consistent. Nealasia communicates well and keeps us informed about timing/scheduling. She sometimes brings arts and crafts to do with the kids when she is babysitting them. She has been very helpful with assisting us with morning school drop offs.
