About Neva

I have 10+ years of nannying/babysitting experience. I am from a big family with lots of cousins and I've always felt an instant connection with kids. My mom is a children's librarian and my sister is a preschool teacher and I've learned a lot about childcare from them both. I have infant experience and have taken care of kids aged 0-13. I am very comfortable talking to kids, reading to them, playing, going on walks, and getting to know them. I am very creative and love doing art projects with kids. I find it so refreshing to be around kids and learn more from them. In my spare time, I like to go on hikes, spend time outdoors, write poetry, and do yoga. I'd describe my personality as warm, easy going, confident, and responsible. I am originally from Oakland and graduated university from UC Santa Cruz in 2021. I am a great at communication, timely, and easy to talk to. I am also very flexible and down to earth.
