Nia has been taking care of our two kids (toddler and a baby) and has been a great help to us. She is very patient, calm and careful. She was always on time and meticulously kept up with the kids' schedules. She always followed our lead on parenting approaches but also had great ideas to make things better. We had the utmost confidence in her that our kids were in good hands. Would highly recommend her.
