About Nia

I'd describe my personality as determined, nurturing, and compassionate. I like working with kids because they are such a joy to be around and bring so much creativity into daily life. I value this especially as a young adult since this liveliness shrinks as an adult. I started working with kids in my early high school years about 4 years ago. I gained experience by watching my younger cousins, caring for an infant, as well as was a nanny for a young toddler. In my spare time, I like to hangout with friends and family, exercise, paint, and go shopping. I am a third year ASU nursing student so outside of school, it is so important for me to find time to cherish the things I enjoy. My skills include first aid, CPR, light house work, cooking, tutoring, and of course creating and playing fun activities for kids.
