I met Nicole when she was taking care of 3 girls (one was a baby). It always amazed me how caring, patient and gentle she was, very neat and clean, perfectly organized. The kids loved her. They were safe under her supervision. She organized playdates, went to different parks and libraries, did a lot of crafts. Perfect nanny to hire.
