She has a warm and friendly demeanor that puts my mother at ease, making her feel comfortable and cared for at all times. Nicole takes care of everything with such care and attention to detail. She assists my mother with daily activities like bathing, dressing, and meal preparation, always ensuring that Margie is comfortable and well-nourished. Nicole also manages her medications, making sure they are taken on time and in the correct dosage, which gives us great peace of mind. Beyond the essentials, Nicole goes above and beyond to engage with my mother. She spends time chatting with her, playing games, and taking her for short walks, which has been wonderful for Margie’s mental and physical well-being.
