We hired Nicki through Care.com 3 years ago, and have nothing but good things to say! She has been a part of our family for the past 3 years and has played such a big role in our girls' lives. She started with us when our oldest was about 5 months old and has stuck with us as we added another baby to our family. She is communicative, reliable and trustworthy. Our girls love her. She plays with them, comes up with activities and crafts, taught our oldest baby sign language, and most importantly, keeps them safe. She always lets us know if there were any problems or concerns throughout the day. She has also helped with our dog when needed and tidies up the house when she is able--just icing on the cake!
