About Niki

Hi! As the oldest sibling in my family, I have been helping with childcare from the time that I was 4 years old. Throughout my high school career I worked as a babysitter, as well as volunteering three times a week at the local children's center in my town. Throughout my time there I worked with children aged 18-24 months, and got a first-hand glimpse into how they interact with one another, play, learn, and express themselves day in and day out. As a psychology minor, my focus has been in childhood development, and as such I have a working understanding of the most productive ways to interact with children so to foster a positive self-image and healthy social relationships . I am responsible, hard working, and generally love having the opportunity to play a positive role model in the child developmental process.
