I've only know Nikki for a short time but wow, as a human being alone she is one of a kind. She's so sweet, friendly, and caring! She came to interview and after about 5 minutes I knew she's the perfect fit for our family. My daughter is only 5 months old and I swear she can mom better than I can. She's so patient and so caring for my little one! I trust her completely with my daughter and I'm so thankful for her... Nikki has never been late, comes whenever I need her (when she's not busy), and I can always count on her smile to brighten my daughter and I's day!!
