I find Nikki to be a very nice person with a very big heart. She has taken great care of me and all my special needs with exceptional, kindness, detail, and compassion. She is also eager learn new techniques and skills. If there’s something that she doesn’t understand, know about, or if she just wants grow her knowledge to better her skills, she will take the time and do the research about the subject and apply her new knowledge on the job. I highly recommend Nikki as a caregiver and I will definitely hire her for my future caregiver needs.
