About Nikyah

I have a strong desire to help others, effective communication skills, a sense of responsibility and the ability to manage time effectively. I feel that I meet and exceed these expectations. I am emotionally mature, objective, and sensitive to youth and their needs. I am able to handle responsibility, work independently/interdependently, and maintain good working relationships with youth and families. I have a Bachelor of Arts in Interpersonal Communication with a concentration in children and families. Through my education and employment experience I have a diversified background in the areas of behavior, mental health, social work, education and community service based organizations that have all taught me effective ways of working with and understanding youth. I have the skills, energy, work ethic, and ability to learn quickly that will make me a perfect match for this position.
