About Nilda

As a childcare provider with over 16 years of experience, I am passionate about nurturing the growth and development of children. My background includes a graduate degree and coursework in early child development, along with certifications in First Aid and CPR training. I am also experienced in working with special needs children. My calm and friendly demeanor allows me to build strong relationships with the children in my care. I believe in open communication with parents and keep them informed about their child's day through written daily reports and verbal communication at pickup. I also follow their lead when enforcing household rules. My approach to childcare is creative and imaginative, and I enjoy playing a variety of games with children, both educational and recreational. These include outdoor sports and physical games, board games and puzzles, and educational games that promote learning.
