I have 20 plus years of experience in Childcare, House Management and Pet Care. I have 25 plus years raising my own three children. I'm an empty-Nester now. I'm a young grandmother of 3 beautiful boys. I have cared for children from newborn and up to high school age. I have cared for 3 sets of twins from newborn to toddlers and 5-year-old one with Autism. I have experience working in the Public School as a Paraprofessional (teaching English in the ELL and Spanish in the Dual Language). I have training in the (Special Ed.) specialized with students with Autism. Educating and caring for children are my passions. I am a compassionate and a loving patient person. I will help your child keep organized and on schedule. I believe consistency and structure is very important to a child's development. I will help run a consistent and orderly household. Norma is a special lady who is amazing with all children but especially with children who have special needs or just need more! More than a nanny, more like a grandma with all the love your child needs as well as the structure. A family would be lucky to have Norma love your child!
