I'm presently a retired family practice physician who previously made house calls and ran nursing homes with lots of free time now to help local people in need. I'm also a retired Lt Col and Flight Surgeon that you can trust me in your home. I am experienced with special needs, disabilities, dementia, modern medicine's poly-pharmacy and the medical system. I can also take clients to provider appointments as a knowledgable advocate. My special interest is human performance and maximizing it no matter how low the original baseline is. I can customized personal training (Parkinson's, weight-loss) and brain training (dementia). I also offer basic positive companion support. I can help with all activities of daily living and have a very safe vehicle. I do have two children in the Westerly school system so the hours between 3-8 p.m. I do need for them but otherwise I'm quite flexible.
