About Oliver

Originally from Dallas, Texas and coming to Denver from 5 years in SLC I babysat in high school, & have always known how fulfilling & meaningful working with kids can be, as well as how it requires a ton of work & understanding. My most recent job was at a mental health facility for struggling teens, & it taught me that as helpful as all of the the comprehensive trainings & all of the developmental psychology classes can be, it doesn't even compare to just spending time getting to know the kid you're working to help. I worked as a tutor in high school, have car insurance & a good driving record, & can cook better than most other 22-year-olds I know. My top 3 childcare skills are: Patience, Adaptability, & Creativity In my spare time I really like watching documentaries & movies, writing fiction, & building things for my cats to play with/in.
