Olivia is fantastic. She does a great, thorough job of cleaning our house, and she does it quickly and efficiently. She is punctual, and she is flexible if something comes up that requires a change in schedule. She is also friendly and personable. When I am working from home, I enjoy stopping to chat with her for a few minutes. And she was very sweet with our elderly dog who had mobility problems and surely got in her way now and then. I highly recommend Olivia. She's very good at what she does, and a great person overall.
