About Olivia

Hello! My name is Olivia and I am currently a senior at the University of Dayton studying Early Childhood Education. I have experience working with the elderly and those diagnosed with dementia for going on 4+ years now. I am a Kettering native and throughout high school, I worked heavily alongside The Carlyle House as the commissioner of service to coordinate activites with students from the high school and patients at the nursing home to come together and build relationships through games (Rummy, Solitaire, and Euchre), art activites, and social events. I would describe myself as fun-loving, kind hearted, nurturing, and patient. I know how to knit, crochet, garden, and bake, although I would love to learn a new hobby if your loved one enjoys something else! I also have a lot of experience as a housekeeper, so I am happy to help with dishes, changing bed linens, vacuuming, and dusting. I am happy to send references your way as well!
