I am a passionate, instinctive and committed healthcare professional. My personal values are serving with excellence, and exceeding client's needs. My prior work experience as a Quality assurance professional has afforded me the opportunity to develop a thorough customer service orientation. Furthermore, I have matured in catering to and anticipating the needs of seniors having provided care to my late great grandmother and grand mother, and currently providing care to senior residents in an assisted living community. My dedication to healthcare has also been matched by my educational pursuits as I have completed an associate degree in Biology with Health Specialization on my journey to become an RN. On a final note, when I work with clients, I focus on their unique needs, and connect with them to deliver positive outcomes.
