Hello. My name is Pacco. I am currently an afterschool mandarin teacher for a Public school in Manhattan. I have tutored privately for 5 years, both in person and online. I have taught over 30 students, from the age of 4 to 18. I teach Mandarin, Cantonese, Biology , Math , Science and Vocal. I am caring and patient. My approach to teaching is problem-based learning. I believe developing students' ability to identify the problem and come up with solutions is the most important part to learn any skill. Only until then, exercise and homework should be assigned. Repetition is crucial for consolidating students' understanding of a concept or idea.
