I believe in open communication with parents and regularly provide updates on their child's day, either verbally at pickup or through text or phone calls, depending on their preference. I am also very comfortable enforcing household rules to ensure a structured and consistent environment for the children. I enjoy playing a variety of games with children, including outdoor sports, board games, and educational games that promote learning.
