Pat has worked with my MIL for about 2 years. She has proven to be reliable, patient and trustworthy. My MIL doesn’t speak and Pat was the first stranger she had as a caregiver. Pat had to gain her trust and learn how to communicate with her. Pat has been consistently punctual and dedicated, showing up on time and ready to do whatever was needed. She has helped with meals, laundry, light housekeeping in my MIL living area, toileting etc. Pat approached every situation with a calm and understanding attitude even during some challenging moments. She remained composed and empathetic during some changing struggles with physical limitations and cognitive difficulties. Pat has been a great caregiver for my MIL and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caregiver for their loved one.
