I've held many positions from traveling, to staying in their home when on business, to full time weekly child care. You wont need to micro manage me, I am reliable, vigilant, I will co parent your children, as though you were there. I will keep the same structure, rules, and manners that you have instilled, and if they are newborns as they grow I will follow your lead, and give advice only if asked. Each family has different expectations I am very adaptable, and can follow instructions.
