First and foremost, Paula is responsive, punctual, professional, and trustworthy. Having someone come to my house full of pets, often while my wife and I aren’t present, means the above qualities are essential and Paula exudes all of them. Her work product is exceptional with incredible attention to detail. I’ve never had any complaints. She’s proactive and actually goes above what I would expect in some cases, which is invaluable. I would hire her again and again if I could. Highly recommend!
