Pauline is so wonderful with my kids and we are so happy to have her helping us. She is professional, timely and really engaging with the kids. She is a beautiful mix of relaxed and attentive. She can anticipate needs and jumps right in. My oldest asks for her when she leaves and gets excited when I tell him that she is coming back. If my youngest could talk I bet he would tell me the same :)
