I'd describe my personality as dependable, trustworthy and passionate. I like working with kids because they bring a sense of joy into my life. There's nothing like being able to watch kids achieve new things and become overwhelmed with joy even if it's as simple as being able to jump in a circle. They bring a new light to life which makes you appreciate it that much more. I like being able to be the adult that I always needed when I was kid I started working with kids when I was about 12. At least that's when my first babysitting job came about. Although, I've been around kids my entire life. Even as an adult I was always stopping by so that I could see the kids. My skills include being able to create a safe environment for the kids, my effective communication skills with children and my patience and adaptability
