I have been actively working as a nanny for the last 16 years. This is my career and what I love most! For each family I have worked with I have typically started while the kids were very young, and stayed with them until the children have all started school. I've been taking care of kids since I was very young. I was 9 when my dad got me my first job watching a neighbor's 2-year-old. I also started working in our church nursery when I was 9. I've always loved children and helping mothers as much as possible. Watching children develop is amazing; they are so formidable and pure. It never ceases to amaze me. There have been very few years of my life when there wasn't a child in my life in one way or another and I cannot imagine it any other way.
